According to the agreement, the two parties will jointly develop an online dispute resolution solution for cross-border e-commerce, using blockchain technology to build a deposit and evidence platform for cross-border e-commerce, thereby reducing the difficulty of dispute arbitration and more effectively protecting consumer rights. .
