US SEC grants Reg A+ status to YouNow based on Ethereum tokens

Startup company YouNow said on Thursday that the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has granted it a qualification based on the Ethereum's token Reg A +. It is reported that its Props token is based on the Ethereum blockchain, integrated with streaming media platforms such as YouNew and XSplit, and rewards tokens to users and creators. According to a SEC filing, YouNow will first distribute a total of 187 million tokens to users and creators. According to the submitted documents, each token will be worth $0.1369 at the time of publication. As the platform evolves, the demand for tokens may increase and token holders may benefit. In addition, the token can be converted between different apps and wallets, but not legal currency.
