Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin was summoned by a court in New York

According to Bitcoin.com, Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin was recently summoned by a court in New York for a lawsuit filed by a former employee. According to previous news, Harrison Hines, former head of ConsenSys token manufacturing business, sued Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin in June. The indictment required Joseph Lubin to pay more than $13 million for prosecutions including fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment and unpaid profits.
