Since Trump’s attack on Libra on July 11, Facebook’s stock has been stagnant. After the close of trading on Friday, Facebook shares fell to $199.31, about 1% lower than the July 11 level. Although the decline is not large, it does put Facebook on a different track from other companies in the stock market. The Nasdaq Composite Index has risen 134.17 points, or 1.6%, since the close on July 11. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index rose 25.95 points, or 0.9%.
