The district judge ruled that the former CEO of Mt. Gox must deal with the class action initiated by former users in Philadelphia.

According to CoinDesk, Mark Karpeles, former CEO of Mt. Gox, an early Bitcoin exchange, had to deal with a class action lawsuit filed by a former user in Philadelphia. According to a Reuters report on Monday, district judge Robert Kelly rejected Karpeles' request to dismiss the class action and accused Karpeles of concealing the issue of the exchange from his users. A court document on the ruling showed that the lawsuit was initiated by Gregory Pearce, a former client of Mt. Gox, on his behalf and others affected by the collapse of the exchange.
