The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit of the United States has tried to use the Federal Credit Union to hide the bitcoin transaction. The plaintiff has committed multiple frauds.

According to The Block, the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit rejected the defendant's appeal and the defendant attempted to take over a federal credit union to hide bitcoin transactions.
