According to AMBcrypto, on August 8, the Supreme Court of India heard the case of “Cryptographic Currency and the Bank of India (Crypto vs. RBI)”. It is assumed that the government’s lawyers have submitted cryptocurrencies drafted by the IMC (Inter-Ministerial Committee). The bill and requested that the case be postponed to January 2020. According to Mohammed Danish, co-founder of encryption advocate and crypto Kanoon, the court divided the case into two parts: 1) The case of banned cryptocurrency will be heard in January 2020. 2) The current ban on the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will continue after the lunch break today.
