ICO distribution company PlexCorps reached a settlement with the US SEC

A settlement between the US SEC and the startup PlexCorps was reached, and the company was suspected of raising funds in the ICO and obtaining huge amounts of money in violation of regulations. According to court documents, the defendants Dominic Lacroix, Sabrina Paradis-Royer and PlexCorps agreed to pay the fine and no longer participate in securities sales. The judge has not signed a settlement agreement. Lacroix and Paradis-Royer each agreed to pay $1 million as a civil penalty.
