According to foreign media today, Circle's cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex will compensate investors for losses by paying transaction fees before June 6. Poloinex's Clam margin trading market suffered a flash crash on May 26. In just 45 minutes, the price plummeted 77%. Poloniex hands the lost token to the exchange's Bitcoin margin loan pool. A total of 0.4% of Poloniex users lost 16.2% of their funds. At the time, Poloniex attributed the crash to the speed of the sell order and the general lack of liquidity in the Clam margin trading.
