tZero equity securities token TZROP can be resold to non-recognized investors

According to Yahoo Finance, the retail giant's blockchain company tZero announced that the equity securities token (TZROP) was issued in private in August 2018 and has been traded by accredited investors since January 2019. Can be resold to non-accredited investors (according to Section 144 of the Securities Act of 1933).
