The donation from the Litecoin Foundation has plummeted and has now exhausted 3/4 of the total amount of cryptographic reserves raised since Q2 2018.

According to The Block, the Litecoin Foundation has been maintaining operations through a large donation of Lite Capital founder Li Qiwei. In December 2017, Li Qiwei donated $448,000 worth of Litecoin, accounting for more than 80% of the total donations of the Foundation since June 2017. However, starting from Q1 in 2019, the Litecoin Foundation received less than $1,000 a month. So far, the Litecoin fund has exhausted three-quarters of the total amount of cryptocurrency reserves raised since Q2 2018 to cover operating expenses, which makes the remaining reserve of the Litecoin Foundation Q1 in 2019 only about $96,400.
