Iranian Ministry of Industry officials: Encrypted mining export revenues need to be reinjected into Iran’s financial system through NIMA

According to the Mehr News Agency, Keyvan Gordan, managing director of the Ministry of Industry's Power Industry and Electronics Office, said on Saturday that the cryptocurrency was mined in Iran for export, and that encryption transactions in the country remain illegal. Keyvan added that in addition to setting electricity prices for mining activities, the Ministry of Energy will also issue guidance on mining power supply. “The income earned from exporting cryptocurrencies mined in Iran must pass NIMA (Iranian foreign exchange management) Integrated system) reinjected into Iran’s financial system."
