Opinion: The moderate monetary policy of the European Central Bank is considered to be the cause of the rise in bitcoin prices

On August 23, Henry Sender, chief correspondent for international financial affairs of the Financial Times, recently issued a statement saying that the moderate monetary policy of the European Central Bank is prompting more and more people to realize that cryptocurrency is a safe asset and more people use it. Bitcoin hedges macroeconomic risks, which can be considered to be the cause of the rise in bitcoin prices. In July of this year, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell made the first interest rate cut in more than 10 years, continuing the mild tone set by the European Central Bank. It is reported that the Federal Reserve will announce more moderate policies at the central bank meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyo., later this week.
