The Supreme Court of India asked the central bank to reconsider its position on the bank ban and postpone the case for two weeks

On August 21st, the Indian Supreme Court had several arguments against the petitioner's jurisdiction over the jurisdiction of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The appellant filed an exchange defense statement with the court asking the RBI to reconsider the encryption ban. Judge Nariman said: "The exchange did not ask for the lifting of the ban, but they only asked for reconsideration. If you (RBI) do not respond, I will pass this judgment." The judges questioned RBI, why before the encryption ban was submitted to the government, There is no appropriate response to the exchange's statement. After some thoughts, the judge proposed to postpone the case for two weeks as part of the hearing. The Court will further discuss this issue when the RBI responds to the Exchange’s request for reconsideration.
