Blockchain giant R3 engineers frequently leave to question Corda's long-term viability

Engineers and senior management at blockchain giant R3 have fundamental disagreements about Corda's future. A dozen former R3 engineers said they had lost confidence in the technology, saying it lacked scalability and questioned Corda's long-term viability. One reason is the monthly five-digit cloud service bill. Earlier this year, R3 engineers frequently left, and the latest version of the software, the Corda 4 delay, was said to have proven to be the last straw that left the company's employees.
