According to Xinhua News, the Qingdao Arbitration Commission released an arbitration case platform and an electronic evidence platform at the Internet Arbitration Seminar. The electronic evidence platform built by the Qingdao Arbitration Commission is the first electronic evidence platform based on 5G network slicing technology in China. The platform uses blockchain, time stamp, artificial intelligence and other technologies to seamlessly interface with the source of electronic evidence. It is also submitted to the platform for secure transmission and deposit in the form of hash value when electronic evidence is generated, which can effectively solve the problem of electronic evidence. It is easy to forge, difficult to obtain evidence, difficult to identify, etc., thus achieving batch and intelligent arbitration cases.
