The plaintiff faced a process problem due to the encryption scam OneCoin defendant evading the litigation delivery procedure

Encryption scam "The Queen of Encryption" behind OneCoin, Ruja Ignatova, is escaping the lawsuit filed by customers who claim to have been cheated by OneCoin. OneCoin's client recently filed a revised lawsuit against the company and some of its individuals. The lawsuit is currently being heard in the Southern District of New York, but on August 23, the plaintiff encountered a process obstacle because of the case. All proceedings were postponed until all defendants were served. Last Friday, the plaintiff explained that OneCoin Ltd and Ruja Ignatova were registered in Bulgaria and Sebastian Greenwood settled in Sweden, and they are believed to be escaping the litigation delivery process. Judge Valerie E. Caproni stated that starting September 3, 2019, the chief plaintiff must submit a letter on the first working day of each month to inform the court of the work he had done to serve the defendant.
