Five drug dealers were sentenced to 5-20 years of inequality, all using cryptocurrency for trading

Five drug traffickers were sentenced to imprisonment ranging from 5 to 20 years on charges of distributing various illegal drugs, at least in part using cryptocurrencies. California's Wyatt Pasek was sentenced to 17.5 years in prison for selling counterfeit opioids. Arizona's Kevin Dean McCoy, Silvester Ruelas, and Amber Worrell Peggy Gomez were sentenced for selling heroin, methamphetamine and cocaine in the dark market. Court documents and press releases show that all defendants trade in cryptocurrency.
