Malaysia Productivity Commission announces that it will establish an Islamic financial system on the blockchain

On September 11th, financial services company iSunOne and the Malaysian Productivity Council (MPC) reached an agreement to establish an Islamic financial system on the blockchain. More funds will be allocated to iSunOne for the project, and MPC will arrange PoC (proof of concept) testing and technical testing, while encouraging the financial services industry and government to adopt and support the technology. Remarks: MPC is a joint project between the United Nations Special Fund and the Federal Government, and its Chairman, Tian Chua, Special Adviser to the Minister of Works of Malaysia.
