eToro uses a new programming language to conduct derivatives trading on the blockchain

According to CoinDesk, eToro, an Israeli-based exchange platform, has introduced a new programming language designed to simplify derivatives trading. This language, called Lira, will reduce the risks involved in clearing financial contracts and make it possible to create new derivatives using assets on the Ethereum blockchain. eToroX Labs also launched a demo trading platform that allows retail and institutional investors to start trading derivatives.
