Russian customs confiscated mining equipment smuggled from Mongolia to Russia

On October 1, Coinspot reported that a Mongolian citizen tried to smuggle four mining equipment with fans and microcircuits across the border into Russia. The Russian Federal Customs Administration confiscated cryptocurrency mining equipment. Customs service personnel explained that the smuggler was detained by Altai customs officials during a border inspection in rural Tasanta. Detainees were unable to provide any legal documents relating to the encryption of mining equipment, which were later confiscated by the authorities.
