According to the thenextweb report, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has made a final ruling on the ICO project PlexCoin, which was required to pay nearly $7 million on October 2 for violations of federal securities laws. Earlier, the US Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against PlexCorps and its owners, Lacroix and Paradis-Royer, on December 1, 2017, accusing the unregistered securities product PlexCoin of ICO, raising millions of dollars. Since then, PlexCoin has been continuously required to impose sanctions in 2018.
