A number of law firms have joined the Overstock class action lawsuit and applied to become the chief plaintiff

On October 5th, US Internet retailer Overstock recently became the subject of a class action lawsuit against its shareholder BenjaminHa Securities. In a 61-page complaint, the plaintiff claimed that Overstock's chief executive officer and chief financial officer deliberately concealed information from investors and the US SEC. Since the lawsuit was filed at the end of last month, several prominent US law firms representing Overstock investors, including Rosen Law Firm, The Law Offices of Vincent Wong, Zhang Investor Law, Levi Korsinsky LLP, and Kuznicki Law PLLC, have joined the lawsuit. Apply to become the chief plaintiff. November 26 is the last day of the chief plaintiff's application, and more companies may join the lawsuit.
