Encryption company marketing to the US SEC to attract middle class investors

The encryption company hopes that the US Securities and Exchange Commission will allow lawyers, doctors, and even some cryptocurrency experts to use digital securities products, regardless of whether they are wealthy enough to make venture capital under current rules. Blockchains LLC, CoinList, and Security Token Market submitted various proposals to the US SEC to open private placements of digital securities to more non-super rich. The two companies made the idea after the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) commented on how to relax regulatory advice that often blocks retail investors outside the private market. The comment period ends at the end of September.
