The former CEO of Mt.Gox refused to provide documents related to the operation of the exchange because of concerns about criminal liability in Japan

According to Finance Feeds, in the US, litigation against Mt.Gox and its former CEO, Mark Karpeles, continues, one of which was filed by former customer Gregory Greene. On February 11 this year, Gregory Greene filed a question and file request with Karpeles, each of which was related to Karpeles (2011-2014 acting as CEO of Mt.Gox) operating exchanges and interacting with actual and potential customers. Yesterday, Karpeles submitted a response to the information request to the Northern District Court of Illinois. The document shows that Karpeles refused to provide the required documents for fear of criminal liability in Japan.
