According to The Block, Christopher Giancarlo, a former chairman of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and a member of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Digital Commerce, said in an interview, "If 2017 is the year of encryption, then 2019 is the starting point for policy responses."
