US SEC allows exchange BSTX to create an automatic equity trading platform and record ownership on the Ethereum blockchain

On Friday, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a 129-page rule change proposal that allowed the Boston digital stock exchange BSTX to create an automated equity trading platform and store ownership records in the Ethereum blockchain. However, BSTX can only list fully mature public securities tokens. It is reported that the exchange will back up its ownership records on the Ethereum blockchain and update the logs at the end of each trading day.
