The Supreme Court of India postponed the case of the central bank encryption ban to November 12

The Supreme Court of India has postponed the case of the Indian Reserve Bank (Central Bank) encryption ban until November. The Supreme Court of India was scheduled to resume the case today (October 15). According to a court order issued earlier this month, the case was classified as "the most important case", which gave the Indian encryption industry expectation that the case will continue to advance today. However, according to the Indian news portal Crypto Kanoon, the court was unable to hear the case today and has extended the trial to November 12, 2019.
