Bitcoin Core Developer: In the current ecosystem, most developers pay generally

Bitcoin Core developer Andrew Chow recently told BlockTV that most developers have low salaries in the current ecosystem. When it comes to "key issues" that hinder the development of bitcoin, Chow emphasizes the fact that developers need more organizational support. He mentioned that contributors and developers working for the Bitcoin core network must invest time and effort, but they will not be paid until their contributions are significantly high and based on long-term. The only solution, Chow said, is that Bitcoin organizations should recognize the importance of these contributors and hire them to develop open source software.
