Research: 42% of blockchain practitioners work on cryptocurrency exchanges

According to The Block's latest research, almost half of the blockchain practitioners work on cryptocurrency exchanges. The study analyzed 158 companies, of which 42% were engaged in cryptocurrency transactions and approximately 7,700 were working on 30 different exchanges. Encrypted mining equipment manufacturers account for 11% of employees in the blockchain industry. 10% of the surveyed employees work in various cryptocurrency management foundations, of which Ripple, TRON, Block.one and IOHK are the largest employers in the field. Bitcoin, Firecoin, Coinbase and OKEx are leaders in the number of employees, with 1,500, 1300, 1000 and 950 employees respectively.
