SEC Chairman: In the cryptocurrency industry, violations are decreasing and progress has been made in understanding securities laws.

According to AMBCrypto, recently, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Jay Clayton said at the Blockchain Infrastructures meeting that cryptocurrency violations are decreasing and the cryptocurrency industry has been trying to apply securities laws to virtual currencies. Although the ICO is full of risks, it does not go beyond the boundaries of the SEC. He also pointed out that in fact, the SEC "supports" the use of token issuance and other financing instruments in the cryptocurrency ecosystem, as long as these instruments are registered with the regulatory body and receive an "exemption."
