Poland announces new personal income tax form, taxpayers will separately report the proceeds of encrypted transactions

The Polish authorities have clarified the taxation of cryptocurrency transaction income. The Polish Ministry of Finance this month announced a new personal income tax form PIT-38, which will simplify tax reporting and settlement related to cryptocurrencies, which will be used by taxpayers living in Poland to report the proceeds of encrypted transactions separately. The country's Ministry of Finance claims that it will make encryption taxation easier and more transparent.
