Spanish regulators issue warnings against 21 unauthorized foreign exchange and cryptocurrency entities

The National Securities Market Board of Spain (CNMV) issued warnings against 21 unauthorized foreign exchange and cryptocurrency entities. Often, regulators issue warnings for individual entities or small group companies. There are very few warnings issued to 21 institutions, which may indicate that foreign exchange and encryption scams in Europe and Spain are prevailing. According to the statement, according to CNMV records, these institutions are not registered in the corresponding registry of the committee and therefore have no right to provide investment services.
