Chilean retail group Cencosud's supermarket chain launches blockchain application to trace meat sources

According to Coindesk, a pilot project at Wong Supermarket, a supermarket chain owned by Chile's large retail group Cencosud, will allow suppliers and consumers to scan and inspect the source of various meat products through blockchain applications. The application runs on the blockchain Quorum developed by JPMorgan Chase and is launched by Cencosud and Citizens Reserve supply chain SUKU.
