Lecturer of the School of Civil and Commercial Economics of China University of Political Science and Law, Doctor of Law Shi Mingzhou's article "Civil Justice in the Age of Blockchain". The article stated that artificial intelligence can achieve partial substitution of judges on legal issues, and blockchain technology can achieve complete replacement of judges on factual issues. The blockchain can free the judge from the problem of fact finding, and is a productivity revolution in civil justice. Blockchain technology is in the process of continuous maturity, and its judicial application can be divided into three stages: initial, medium and long-term: the initial blockchain deposit can solve the problem of e-evidence identification, and the medium-term based on legal digital currency. The investigation and control can solve the problem of enforcement difficulties, and the long-term "visualization" system of credit behavior can solve problems such as false litigation.
