On November 11th, there were recent scammers trying to steal Bitcoin from users by using the online dating platform Tinder. Reddit's report shows that Asian girls (or pretend Asian girls in their profile) are actively trying to connect with cryptocurrency enthusiasts so they will spread "information" about an emerging cryptocurrency. Obviously, this is a nonsense, because this currency does not exist and will not become valuable in the future. Some scammers even chat with users for weeks before they lie. Once the conversation begins, the scammer often mentions a suspicious exchange or trading platform. Anyone who signs up for these platforms and saves money will eventually lose their money. Although it is not clear how successful these scams are, they are still worthy of attention anyway.
