Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam plans to develop a blockchain-related regulatory framework to reduce the risk of smart city construction

According to Vietnam News, on Friday, Lê Bích Loan, acting chairman of the Saigon Hi-Tech Park Management Committee in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, signed a memorandum of understanding with South Korea's CBA Ventures. An official said that Ho Chi Minh City plans to develop a regulatory framework and policies related to blockchain technology to minimize the potential risks of building smart cities.
