Survey: South Korea's crypto investors averaged 6.93 million won, an increase of 64% over last year.

On April 21st, the Korea Financial Investor Protection Foundation conducted a survey of 2,530 people in the 25-64 age group at the end of 2018. The results showed that the per capita cryptocurrency investment in Korea reached 6.93 million won, compared with the previous year ( 4.22 million won) increased by 64.2%, especially for investors aged 40-60 years, the investment amount increased by about 2 times. The reasons for not being willing to invest in cryptocurrencies are: security risks such as hacking (41.2%), price fluctuations (33.3%), and usage methods are too complicated (10.8%).
