Ma Xiaofeng, Dean of the Block Chain Research Institute of Tongji District: “Blockchain rule of law” will help comprehensively govern and improve the efficiency of the four functions.

On November 16th, the Ministry of Justice held the “Digital Rule of Law and Wisdom Judicature” Information System Construction Promotion Conference “blockchain+rule of law” forum held in Nanjing. Ma Xiaofeng, dean of the Block Chain Research Institute of Tongji District, Suzhou, said in his speech that “blockchain + rule of law” will help comprehensively govern and improve the efficiency of the four functions. He believes that the blockchain can be combined with criminal enforcement supervision to record the request for commutation, parole, and provisional execution, trial, ruling, decision, and enforcement activities, and to supervise the legitimacy. Distributed shared community corrections can also be implemented based on blockchains, such as sales, field visits, community service registrations, routine regulatory records, survey assessment records, and more.
