CFTC Chairman: Don't want to stifle innovation, call for more targeted rules on cryptocurrencies

According to Cointelegraph, on November 19th, the Chairman of the US Commodity Futures Commission (CFTC), Heath Tarbert, published a column on the CFTC website explaining his views on encryption regulation. He said that regulators should first fully understand the consequences and potential risks of digital assets before implementing rules. What we don't want to do is to take drastic measures to completely kill innovation. After we fully understand the consequences and potential risks of digital assets, we should probably adopt more targeted and more targeted rules, or adopt a more balanced set of rules.
