According to Cointelegraph, the Institute of Digital Law (IRDi) of the University of Marburg in Germany launched a research project “Blockchain and Law” to eliminate “great legal uncertainty in technology”, which is currently hampering entrepreneurial activities. . Through the implementation of the project, the country intends to compete with the United States and Asia within the EU because they “have become active on many issues and the EU is still in the exploratory stage”.
