The report shows that a hacker stole 45,000 ETHs by guessing a weak private key

According to Cointelegraph, on April 23, independent security assessor Adrian Bednarek released a report saying that a hacker successfully stole nearly 45,000 ETHs by guessing a weaker private key. He said he had accidentally discovered this sophisticated hacker. Although guessing the private key is statistically impossible, his research method found 732 private keys, enabling him to complete transactions like an account holder. The report states that it does not use violent search for random private keys, but instead uses a combination of lookup error codes and error random number generators.
