South Africa's central bank plans to implement new digital currency regulations after the year

According to foreign media news today, the South African Reserve Bank (South African Central Bank) plans to introduce new rules on the use of digital currency / cryptocurrency to prevent it from being used to evade currency control. Kuben Naidoo, deputy governor of the South African Reserve Bank, told reporters last week that the rule will be implemented in the first quarter of next year.
