Lithuanian central bank to issue blockchain-based commemorative coins in spring 2020

According to Cointelegraph, according to a press release issued on December 9, the Central Bank of Lithuania announced that it will issue a blockchain-based digital commemorative coin in the spring of 2020. The digital currency is in honor of the Lithuanian Independence Act of February 16, 1918 and its 20 signatories. In honour of the bill, the digital currency has a face value of 19.18 Euros, is similar in size and shape to a credit card, and has a total circulation of 24,000.
