According to the China News Network, the "China E-Commerce Intellectual Property Development Research Report (2019)", which was compiled and led by the Intellectual Property Development Research Center of the State Intellectual Property Office for the first time, summarized the development of China's e-commerce intellectual property protection and development, and was held in Beijing on the 12th. It was formally released to the public and proposed the "Four Governance" concepts of e-commerce intellectual property in the field of rule of law, platform autonomy, co-governance of society, and governance of wisdom. Among them, the "rule of wisdom" mentioned that the use of new technologies such as the Internet, big data, and blockchain drives the upgrading of governance methods to more accurately combat infringements and protect the interests of intellectual property rights holders.
