Continue to support the construction of the Pilot Free Trade Zone, boldly explore the establishment of a regulatory scheme that is compatible with the full opening of the Hainan Free Trade Port, and vigorously promote the high-level opening and high-quality development of the comprehensive bonded zone. Continue to promote international mutual recognition of AEOs with the focus on countries along the “Belt and Road”. Actively participate in the formulation and implementation of international rules, standards, do a good job of negotiating rules of origin under multi-lateral free trade agreements, and vigorously publicize and promote the mature and advanced management concepts and management experience of Chinese customs.
