Kleiman sues CSW: plaintiff asks judge to dismiss all CSW objections

According to Bitcoin.com, on December 16, new court documents in Kleiman v. Wright show that the plaintiffs have responded to CSW's objection to the district court order. Plaintiff's lawyer Velvel Freedman explained that Craig's statement in court was "lacking credibility" and that changing stories "proved falsehoods" and Freedman claimed that Craig's "trust documents were forged." Wright believes he has been treated unfairly, but Freedman said, "Craig is subject to severe but fair sanctions, and Craig's objections should all be rejected." According to court records, the hearing was found to be in West Palm Beach on December 18. Court held.
