Indian government approves over $ 60 million in skills development projects, including blockchain training

The Indian coalition government approved a skills development project worth Rs. 4.36 billion (approximately $ 61.145 million) on Wednesday, which will be implemented over the next three years. Under the plan called PRIME, about 40,000 professionals will be trained on the latest technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and blockchain. The Indian Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and Nasscom will jointly train these professionals.
