Compound's General Counsel: YouTube's crackdown on crypto may be out of anti-selling provisions of securities law

Compound's general counsel Jake Chervinsky tweeted that speculation that YouTube's crackdown on encryption may be due to Article 17 (b) of the Securities Law, the "anti-selling" clause. The clause requires securities sponsors to disclose any compensation they receive from the promotion. Jake Chervinsky said, but to be honest, it took so long to be surprised.
