On December 26, the 2019 Blockchain Technology and Industry Innovation and Development Conference opened, and the "China Urban Blockchain Development Level Evaluation Report (2019)" was released at the meeting. The report points out that key cities in developed regions rely on innate advantages such as economy, science and technology, education, and talents to lead the evaluation. For example, the traditional four first-tier cities North, Shenzhen, Shanghai and Guangzhou are ranked first, second, fourth and fifth respectively. Hangzhou, as a city representative of the rapid rise of the Internet industry in recent years, relies on the advantages of the developed economy and industrial base of the Yangtze River Delta to continue to maintain a good momentum in the development of emerging technology industries and obtain the third place in the evaluation. Some central and western capital cities, such as Nanjing, Chengdu, Changsha, Xi'an, and Wuhan, are gradually developing their efforts in the blockchain industry, and the overall development momentum is good.
